Fordite Cabochon Choker on Leather

This is a special piece made from a 2”x1.25” oval cabochon of Fordite, framed in hammered beaded wire with a tiny Garnet cabochon on the edge. The choker itself is a strip of approx.8mm wide black leather with white stitching which lays flat against your neck. I was thinking about ribbon when I made this. The Fordite lays flat and it closes with a hand fabricated hook and eye with a 1” extender with a cute, handmade charm at the end. All the Sterling silver is oxidize.
